What are your settings for where you ship to? And if you can, post a screenshot of your settings for the UPS plugin. Although we do not support 3rd party plugins in this forum.
What settings do you want to see?
We are shipping within the USA and Canada
The first area would be General. Go to WooCommerce > General and there are several selects that show where you sell to, ship to etc. I want to see those and whatever settings are inside the plugin.
Also, I want to see your Shipping Zones and how you have those set up as well.

Ah, sorry about that. Use something like Imgur. There are several sites out there, I just use Imgur because it’s so easy.

You don’t have UPS added to any of your zones that I can see. You may have configured the settings, but now you need to add it to the zone you want it to be applied to.

You can’t add the UPS plugin on the shipping zone. I have no options for that
When you go into your zone to add another Shipping Method, and click Add Shipping Method, see screenshot, you don’t get a drop menu like mine with UPS? Like mine has FedEx?

It has to be there.
Nope, UPS isn’t displayed in there. It never was.
It use to all work until I updated everything.
Just to confirm. You are using this one correct?
If so you reviewed the docs found here?

That’s right. I got your issue confused with another post. Sorry about that.
So you’ll have to submit a ticket with that author. Typically the configuration I ran thru with you are how it’s done.
I did and they said the plugin was fine. We did a debug everything was good. They said its a woocommerce issue
