Please describe what exactly is happening, is there any statement?
I just updated the free plugin today (because it is needed for the Pro version we have) and it crashed our entire site too. I had to delete the plugin folder to get our site back up. Here is the error message
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wpdesk_permanent_dismissible_notice() (previously declared in /home/scarbor8/public_html/wp-content/plugins/flexible-shipping/vendor/wpdesk/wp-notice/src/WPDesk/notice-functions.php:260) in /home/scarbor8/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpdesk-helper/vendor/wpdesk/wp-notice/src/WPDesk/functions.php on line 60
Reading through other support q’s I saw where we needed to upgrade WP Desk Helper first. I’ve done that and it seems to have cleared our error. Will work with it a few days to see it continues to work properly.
This error is caused by the version of WP Desk Helper 1.6.2. I hope after updating it will be ok now.

If you are still experiencing troubles using WP Desk Helper 1.6.3, please also update our UPS plugin.

I think you have an old wpdesk helper plugin. In my opinion, the easiest way for fixing this is to delete wpdesk helper plugin and installing it again in the newest version. You will need to use FTP access to the WP.
