Uptimerobot.com, GTMetrix are blocked when enabling Cache SSL (https) requests

    Hello, i have well configured W3 Total Cache in my website, everything goes fine until i active the option Cache SSL (https) requests under Page Cache / General, when i enable it, the uptimerobot.com is blocked, im getting this massage:

    Email from: [email protected]
    The monitor HANNA México (https://www.hannainst.com.mx) is currently DOWN
    (HTTP 403 – Forbidden).

    Also if i try to scan my site with gtmetrix.com is blocked, im getting Analysis Error
    The page returned an error: 403 Forbidden

    If i disable the Cache SSL (https) requests option, uptimerobot.com and gtmetrix.com can access again to my site.

    Any ideas why is this?
