    Hi guys,

    can you please add the user agent:

    Mozilla/5.0+(compatible; UptimeRobot/2.0; http://www.uptimerobot.com/)

    to your list of recognized “good” user agents. This is for https://uptimerobot.com, which we use for monitoring a lot of our sites. We are getting some instances of the anti-crawler mode of anti-spam firewall blocking their traffic, which is causing false reports of a down site.

    All of their known IP addresses are whitelisted on our server-side.

    Can you tell me the IP address of UptimeRobot that was blocked?

    Hello,

    It is still happening.

    Currently, UptimeRobot thinks our site has been down for 15 hours even though it is up and running (tested and verified).

    CleanTalk Anti-Spam Firewall logs show that this IP from UptimeRobot was blocked by anti-crawler mode: 167.99.209.234

    Hello.
    We are still working to solve the issue, but as a temporary solution, we suggest you disable the Anti-Crawler option (WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> uncheck the Anti-Crawler —> Save Changes.
    Also please check what version of the Anti-Spam plugin is installed on your website. It should be one of the latest versions – 5.159.x.
