@birken, can you explain what changes you made prior to the disappearance?
Is the WooCommerce plugin still active?
Is the Shop Manager role missing from the User screens, or just from the role selection dropdown on Edit Roles and Capabilities?
If necessary, you can restore the stored role definitions to their previous value using Tools > Capability Manager.

hi,
sorry i really like this plugin.
so i logged in as administrator made some changes for shop manager did not like it so i Reset Roles to WordPress Defaults, and now shop manager is gone in drop meny and in user area. and why cant i see woocommerce with administrator also?
warm regards Birken
@birken, resetting roles to WordPress defaults means you discard roles and capabilities added by any plugins, include WooCommerce. The caption on Tools > Capability Manager > Reset Roles to WordPress Defaults says it this way:
If you have installed any plugin that adds new roles or capabilities, these will be lost.
It is recommended to use this only as a last resort!
To restore roles to their configuration at the time of CME’s activation, use the “Backup and Restore” feature instead. In the dropdown selector, choose “Restore last saved backup” or “Restore initial backup” and click the “Do Action” button.

I don’t have time write a tutorial or walk you through setting up roles right now. If you have a specific question, I might be able to answer it. Maybe these articles will help:
