    hello,

    did you know what version you upgraded from?
    did you have a daily backup schedule?

    are you able to rename the plugin folder via FTP?

    Hi, we have renamed the plugin and removed the folder but our wordpress admin is still not working.

    Is their a file or database option we can change to disable it?

    It was not an upgrade it was a fresh download
