Urgent: Critical error with plugin update

I updated the Subscriptions plugin today and got a critical error and the site went down. Deactivating the plugin restored the site, but I have active subscriptions and need the plugin.

I restored a backup of the whole site, updated other WC plugins, but when I got to WC tax, the site crashed again and I got the same error about Subscriptions.
