I’m experiencing an issue on our WordPress site where the sale price for products isn’t displaying; only the regular price is visible. Additionally, I’m encountering an error in the backend of WordPress.

I ran a quick check on your site, and it looks like the sale price is showing up correctly on the front end:
Just to clarify—are you not seeing the sale price in the back end of your product editor screen? If that’s the case, it might be a caching issue.
Try clearing your browser cache, any server-level caching your host might be using, and plugin-based caching if you have any caching tools installed. That usually helps clear things up.
As for the error you’re seeing:
TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating ‘window.wcAdminFeatures.analytics’)It looks like this has been linked to the Cloudflare plugin. One user found that switching to an alternative Cloudflare plugin helped resolve the issue. As you’ve observed, the main price is displaying the original regular price instead of the sale price (displaying the wrong price), resulting in both prices appearing the same. The backend settings is correct and this issue has surfaced following the recent WooCommerce update and seems to affect websites utilizing the WooCommerce plugin.
Additionally, we’re encountering an error in the WordPress backend, which appears to be linked to the SiteGround Optimizer plugin. There have been reports of conflicts between SiteGround Optimizer and WooCommerce, particularly affecting functionalities like checkout pages and price displays.
Could you please have your technical team investigate this matter, adjusting them accordingly might resolve the conflict.

Based on what you’ve described, the issue may be related to a conflict with the SiteGround Optimizer plugin.
As a next step, please try deactivating the SiteGround Optimizer plugin temporarily to see if that resolves the incorrect price display. If the issue goes away after deactivation, it’s likely due to caching—something SiteGround’s plugin manages extensively.
In that case, it would be worth reaching out to the SiteGround support team directly, as they may be able to assist in adjusting the cache settings to prevent this from happening.

I’ve already tried disabling the plugin before and the same error persist.
I’ve also tried to reinstall the Siteground optimiser plugin and the same error comes up.
I have now contacted support about this issue. If you can also look into this further. That would be great.

I see now that the regular and sale prices are the same, and the sale price is greyed a bit —so I didn’t catch that at first. Thanks for pointing it out!
Have you had a chance to try deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and switching to a default theme like Storefront? That can help rule out whether the issue is being caused by your theme or another plugin.
From what you’ve described, it looks like the issue is tied to the SiteGround Optimizer plugin. This is actually a known bug that popped up with WooCommerce 9.8.1, and it seems to cause conflicts with certain plugins. The good news is that a fix has already been merged:

Regarding the price display issue, It would also help us to review your current System Status Report to gain more insight into your setup. You can find this report in your WooCommerce dashboard by going to WooCommerce > Status. From there, please select Get system report and then Copy for support.
If there are any fatal error logs, please share those as well. These can be accessed under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
Once you’ve gathered this information, please paste it into a Code block in your reply or use pastebin.com and share the link with us.
Upon further inspection, I’ve noticed that even though the sale prices and their respective periods are correctly configured for each product, WooCommerce is displaying the regular price instead of the sale price in the backend product listings as well.

You mentioned disabling some plugins, but the issue persisted. Can you confirm if you disabled all plugins except WooCommerce?
To investigate further, I recommend setting up a staging site. On the staging site, disable all plugins except WooCommerce and switch to the Twenty Twenty-Five theme.
Once the site is in this default state, please let me know so I can take another look from my end. Lastly, share the System Status Report from the staging site once it’s ready.

I’ve setup a test account with Twenty Twenty-Five theme and have only the Siteground ‘Speed Optimizer’ and ‘Woocommerce’ plugin active and I’m still getting the same error when trying to go to the ‘Speed Optimizer’ settings page in the backend.
Let me know if you want me to deactivate the ‘Speed Optimizer’ plugin as well.

I’m currently seeing that your shop pages are still set to “Coming Soon.”
Could you please make them public by going to:
WooCommerce → Settings → Site Visibility, and set the shop pages to Live?Once that’s done, please send us a confirmation message.
Also, I’ve tested setting a sale price multiple times, and it appears correctly on my end. Just to confirm, are you experiencing this issue with all products or only with specific products?
For testing purposes, could you please create a new test product, set a sale price, and check if the issue still occurs?
