    Thank you for using our plugin Ricko23.

    I am sorry to read about your issue. Usually this happens because either the server’s time or the time of the device you are using to generate the one time codes is wrong / not synced properly.

    So can you start by ensuring that the web server’s time, and the time of the device from where you get the one-time code are correct?

    If you try the above and it still does not work, we’ll need more information. You can start by sending us the System Information file (from the Contact and Help Us page in the plugin) via email at [email protected].

    Please do not share that file on this forum since it contains technical data about your website’s and plugin’s setup.

    Also, could you please let me know if there are any potential faults brought on by other plugins? In that case, do you have the specifics plugins so we may check the plugins on our site?

    Hello Ricko,

    So far we have never had any such issues, so no, there are no plugins that we know of that could affect this. But if you have any suspicion, please let us know. We’d be happy to test it.
