Looking at the error message you sent it seems like there is some issue with the permission of the DB user. Check this screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/YHm5o4T.jpg , So make sure the DB user o3095443 has the necessary permissions.

If the above does not help, before we go ahead with some serious troubleshooting, first of all, please take a full backup of your site and make sure WPForms and Woocommerce Plugins are updated to the latest versions. If you do not see an update please navigate to WP Dashboard > Updates > Check Again
After updating the plugins check for any improvements. If you are not able to update the plugins because of the error or the issue still persists after updating the mentioned plugins to the latest version, then please follow the below troubleshooting guides:
