• Can i ask for urgent help please. my site has been damaged. i went to one of these freelancers sites and believed i was working as an expert because they claimed they were even without any reviews and i was trusting. i have just sacked them because i was getting messages from my hosting company about problems they had caused. my site in the past 24 hours has received a lot of damage from them and i need to know with going to my last back up is there a way of solving the problems.

i use yoast plugin if this helps

the seo guy has changed my perm link a few times for some silly reason. i received 404 errors. the urls which he should not have touched no longer look the way they should look. he has now before i sacked him changed them back to post name in perm links. here is an example of what they look now. i need to get them back to the way they were before, is this possible. there was no reason for him to change them

i need to know if i can get my urls back to the way they should be without going to my back up

    here is an example
