Unable to open chat window in console showing “callus.js?ver=9.0.17:29 GET http://chat/MyPhone/c2cinfo?c2cid= net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED” and “callus.js?ver=9.0.17:29 Failed to contact chat service URL. Please check chat URL parameter and ensure CORS requests are allowed from current domain.” errors

This looks like an incorrectly configured install. Please follow the steps shown here: https://www.3cx.com/docs/live-chat-talk-wordpress-plugin/

Specifically, check the part about adding your website URL to the whitelist in the PBX. Some PBX service restarts may be required if the issue still persists.
