    I am experiencing an issue with the payment process on my account. Occasionally, when placing an order, I receive an “Invalid Payment Method” warning. This issue does not happen every time but occurs randomly, and I am unable to determine the cause or fix it myself.

    Note: Payment Method- Cash on delivery.

    I kindly request you to investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible. It is crucial to fix this problem because I will be running a Facebook ad campaign in a few days. If potential buyers encounter this issue, it could negatively impact my business.

    Please look into this matter and provide a solution at your earliest convenience. I appreciate your support and look forward to your response.

    I have tried to replicate the issue on your site, and I noticed that the first time an order is placed, an “Invalid payment method” error appears. However, after refreshing the page, the order is placed successfully without any issues.

    I also checked the browser console for errors but did not find any. Just to verify, are you using any caching plugin?

    Could you please try clearing your site and server-side cache to see if that resolves the issue? If you are using a caching plugin, try deactivating it and check if the issue persists.

    If you are not using any caching plugin, to assist you further, I’d like to understand your site setup better. Please share the necessary information below so we can investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
