Did you get the 1.1.6 or the 1.1.6.1 that I released right after that?
Also, which button are you talking about? On the product page, on the cart page, on the checkout page..??

There is a new option for where to include Express Checkout in the update. Go back into the Express Checkout Settings page and look for a drop down box option called “Checkout Page Display”. Make sure that’s set accordingly and save it.

Hi, I’ve just noticed the express button is missing on my product page, I have the option checked in settings, any ideas?
@rmoth, it could be an issue with the theme. If you want to submit a ticket here and provide temporary credentials for your WP admin panel I can take a closer look for you.
Premium support queue gets priority, though, so if you want on that queue you can order premium support here.
