    Hi, How are you? I have an open ticket however i did not hear form you again. Could you help me please, Here is the ticket number #11556. Please tell me the status of this ticket.I am losing customers for this issue. It is URGENT.

    As we have checked we have already responded to your service request received. Please check your junk/spam folder once.

    Also, please follow these steps and try adding 3 separate rules having 3 folders access. ie. create a rule for this user which will have Separate/Private Folder access as CLASES ONLINE/NIVEL 4 08.02/GRAM, then add another one for the same user and set Separate/Private Folder access as CLASES ONLINE/NIVEL 4 08.02/LEL then create another one and set Separate/Private Folder access as CLASES ONLINE/NIVEL 4 08.02/FERNANDA.

    Hi How are you? I did not received any answer via email, I also checked spam. I uderstand your point, However with the old version I could add all the folders only with “coma” and now i have to add the same user with different rules, so I will have a huge list duplicate customers. The program should work like before. I will appreciate your time to repair this issue.

    Hi, As I told you, in this forum it imposible to follow your suggestion. I responded here the following:
