    What do you mean by saying “the forum page is all stretched out”?

    I’ve reviewed the screenshot you provided and didn’t notice any issues.

    Multiple h1 tags on the main page. How do I leave only one h1 tag?

    That h1 tags is not comming from wpForo, you need to check the wordpress theme files, plus custom templates
