url /amp/ get error

Hello there, i have a problem here.
I can’t go to amp page with url /amp/ , in Chrome it says “ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE”
but it’s ok when i change /amp/ with ?amp=1
I’ve done Flush Rewrite Urls but the problem still occur. Do you have any idea what make this happen?
Btw I’m using nginx and CloudFlare on my web

I’ve just resaved the permalinks but i still get the error. I don’t know why.

That’s really strange. We have seen strange errors on your website as well.

May I know are you using Server Side page speed mod?

About pagespeed mod, I’m still working on it.
Maybe it’s because our web using nginx and CloudFlare. But it worked normally on our backup server like this: http://103.30.180.84/kondisi-business-trip/amp/
but I get this error on primary server and I still haven’t figured it out.

May I know the given URL is a Page or Post or Custom Post Type?

The URL is a Post Type, just a regular post.
