URL Based rules not working

    Hello, I am trying to set up our home/landing page to show the maintenance page but it is not working. I have paid for the pro membership but when I attempt to set up ‘URL based rules’, it prompts me to pay for the pro membership again. I have confirmation that I am already on pro. Please advise.

    You probably still have the free version installed. Please follow the instructions in your purchase email to install the PRO version. If you need help please contact us through the website as this forum is only for the free version. Thank you! 🙂

    Hi, thank you for purchasing! Sorry to hear you’re having problems.
    From what you wrote you didn’t activate the pro, you’re still on free. Please check the email you got after purchasing – all instructions are in there.
