Hi, I have a problem with Google Site Kit.
When I go to reset the configuration, this message appears:

“Looks like the URL of your site has changed. In order to continue using Site Kit, you’ll need to reconnect, so that your plugin settings are updated with the new URL.
    Get help
    — Old URL: https://studio915.it — New URL: https://www.studio915.it”

I tried to do the reset but it doesn’t work.
Can someone explain to me why?
    Thanks

Thanks for reaching out @st3ve1974. It looks like the addition of a www prefix to your site may have resulted in this suggestion to set up Site Kit once more. Rather than resetting, have you tried to consolidate both your site URL and your WordPress address URL? I ask as when I check your public REST endpoints, I can see one of your site URLs is using the www prefix, and the other not (screenshot).

To align your site URLs, please follow the steps below:

    1. Visit your WordPress general settings page (Settings > General)
    2. Ensure both your our “WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)” match, by using www on both or removing the www prefix on the address that contains this prefix.
    3. Log back into your site if requested, and set up Site Kit once more.

Let me know how you get on with the above, or ask if you have any questions. Thank you!

No problem, thanks for the update @st3ve1974. If you run into any further errors or if you have any Site Kit related queries, be sure to get in touch.

If you have a moment free please also consider leaving a review if you’ve been a Site Kit user for some time.
