URL change in HTTPS automatically in WP Environment

Above is my code why it is adding the s in after http?
If i remove wp-load,php it works fine.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

URL should be this – http://adrianmatthewstherapy.co.uk
But it is changed to https://adrianmatthewstherapy.co.uk
