URL changes = to =, how to sovle this problem?

I install custom permalink plugin, and now, I can add url like this http://www.tank007.com/news_detail/newsId=e5aedef2-2588-450c-8b88-e7f5fe4d7df5.html, but when I open the URL to view the post, the URL turns to http://www.tank007.com/news_detail/newsId%3De5aedef2-2588-450c-8b88-e7f5fe4d7df5.html

In addition, & is turned to %26

e.g
products_detail/&productId=8ee5044c-681f-49c5-be2f-172a2f989bcb.html

to
http://www.tank007.com/products_detail/%26productId%3D8ee5044c-681f-49c5-be2f-172a2f989bcb.html

Can you solve this problem? I want the URL to be the same as I set.
