URL Exclusions don’t seem to work

    I am having submitters complain they are getting the following message despite this URL being on the exclusions list within advanced settings.

    “Forbidden. Anti-Spam by Clean Talk” 

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @overhaulics,

    I checked your form and it has been excluded from our plugin. Could you recheck this moment?

    Also, if you want to protect this form and avoid false positives, do the following: WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings → set the option “Use CleanTalk JavaScript library” to “On” → Save Changes.

    Clear all cache on your site.

    The Use Anti-Spam by CleanTalk JavaScript library option is intended to improve protection by making parameter determination more accurate.
