URL field does not support URL encoding

Hello,

This happens in Application email/URL , Website , Video fields

Example URL

https://www.facebook.com/%E6%B5%AA%E6%B5%AA%E5%88%A5%E5%93%AD-831468143696724/

After the publication becomes:

https://www.facebook.com/-831468143696724/

This caused the URL to be unable to link.
