URL fixed

Let me explain my issue in a better way.

I’m a dev and my client precisly ask me to add the possibility to copy a link and share it with any one since but it’s not really working.
The issue is the following :
the link is never the same depending of the user and the folder structure.
Meaning that if two user(A & B) share the same folder(F) but the user (A) as the folder (F) in a parent folder (P) that the user B can not see
the link to a document in the folder (F) shared by the user (A) to the user (B) will not work.

Can you give me clues to find a way around ? Even if it include coding, that’s not a problem.
