URL link not working?

Apologies first–I’m brand-spankin’ new to WordPress, so please be gentle.

My question/problem is: How do I link to another web page without losing formatting? I have the following, which looks lovely:

[call_to_action_3 animation=”” title=”Other InHealth Services” subtitle=”Billing | IT | Transcription”]

However, when I add a link to “IT” to go to http://www.inhealthtechnology.net, the subtitle text completely disappears (or maybe turns white?). Why is this happening? I’d like to be able to link to our other websites, but not sure how if the text is going to disappear.

Any thoughts/suggestions?
