To be able to open a popup within a form then I would suggest trigger it using a hyperlink. To be able to achieve that you will need to use the Click Open — Trigger a Popup from a LINK URL method.

Oh, good grief – I don’t know how I missed the email alert about this.
Many thanks for the helpful response; I had seen that resource, but assumed that for our purposes the url would have to be external as in https:// etc etc. Obviously not.
