• Hey all–

I am currently using WP 3.0 on my site. It is functioning on one domain (e.g., old.com). I have recently purchased a new domain (e.g., new.com) and would like it to be mirrored on the new.com domain as well.

I am planning on using a URL forward with root masking. The primary domain would now be new.com, but I need pages on old.com to remain. I need it so that old.com/page1 exists at the same time as new.com/page1. The primary concern is that WordPress may incorrectly serve these pages, given the new primary domain. The secondary concern is that it may interfere with my Google Analytics (same pages but appear to be two different pages).

Does anyone have any experience with this and can give any advice?

    Thank you,
    WC
