URL Mistake!

    Hi, i made a stupid mistake. I changed in the “Settings” Menue the URL to my Blog. This means i cant login as admin and i cant change it back. Can i somehow change something when editing something via ftp? please help!?

    you can always try to change URL setting of your blog through phpmyadmin (or whatever mysql database management software you have). In wp_options table, change option_value for ‘siteurl’ and ‘home’ to your correct blog URL

    i typed in a dash i.e. “-” insteaad of another URL in the field. i experienced the same problem, but the solutions suggested on these sites don’t help. do you think the dash did something different? thanks!
