URL modifications Issues

Hi, I tried to change the settings under URL modifications and select “The language is set from the subdomain name in pretty permalinks”, however I cannot even chose the option. I can only choose the first two choices for some reason. I checked with my theme provider and they said their theme is compatible so I was told to get support from your end. Thank you for your help in advance.
