URL not displaying/showing http

Hello,

I just installed wordpress for the first time from cPanel and setup the website. I see that the URL is not displaying the http://
The URL is displyed as : domain.com
When I type the URL as http://domain.com and http://www.domain.com it gets redirected to domain.com
I want to know if this is normal? Will this affect the site indexing for SEO purposes?
Also how can i make the URL be displayed as http://domain.com
