When you got Settings > General, is your Site and WordPress URL exactly the same in every way? If they are then open the CSS visual editor where the error appears and check for JS errors. Here is how: https://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors#Step_3:_Diagnosis
Here is what I get in Chrome:

I’ve run a few tests and the issue appears to be as a result of a technical issue. Specifically, the following link works:
http://176.32.230.8/wpcourses528.co/
But the following link doesn’t:
http://176.32.230.8/wpcourses528.co
I would reach out to your hosting provider about this. As a result of this, you’ll need to navigate to WP Admin > Settings > General and change all of your URLs to http://176.32.230.8/wpcourses528.co/ rather than http://176.32.230.8/wpcourses528.co
