URL on activation

    Hello,

    When a confirmation link is sent and clicked, there is additional text added in the url, example for Invalid Key
    DOMAINCOM/wp-content/plugins/profile-builder/assets/misc/fallback-page.php?activation_key=XXX&site_name=SITENAME&message=Invalid+activation+key%21<%2Fp>

    How to solve this, so this doesn’t appear?
