    Hi
    1. What is URL Path/secret URL?
    2. Can I use the uploaded file on another server to create the link?

    Hello.
    1) Plugin create own specific (secret/random) url to file in protected folder at your server. So its does not direct path to the file. And even if you will try to access the file directly (via real path), such request will be denied, because of specific directive in .htaccess file at Apache server.

    2) You can use generated URL (which can expire after some time), in emails or in other servers, etc..
