Have you read our FAQ? I do not think so. If does not work after disabling problem is in your WordPress and your lodging. All others can work.

I read your FAQ before use your plugin and i never change my vote before give me appropriate help.
I can fix my problem by change my url to english and you can go to hell
I hate the amateur coders.

At the http://tofighdaru.ir/ site when you click on pages or categories (not blog pages) and copy the link from up URL browser (tested on firefox) and paste the link in the new tab and then go to the page you can see 404 error.
this is just because of persian language.
this problem have broken many back links on my site and i can see on google web master tools.
There Pages and categories with the same name? Or pages and posts as same name?

No there are not the same name.
It is generally problem and only my posts have no that problem.
And only when i install “Remove Category URL” plugin i have that problem.
