URL redirecting in wordpress

    Hi,

    When i fetch any information using file_get_contents() or curl by supplying any URL, i would like to know whether the URL is being redirected or being forwarded to another one. I also would like to get the forwarded url.

    Is there a way to do it in wordpress ?
