    I purchased the Pro for 3 websites (I couldn’t find information about how to purchase for more than 3 but less than 25). The page showed that this version creates UTM URLs. Do you have documentation or a YouTube video on how to do this? Do you have training videos for any parts of the dashboard? Your site doesn’t have much information besides the advertising.

    First of all thanks for your purchase.

    Sorry to inform you that we don’t have any plans middle plan which contains more than 3 sites but less than 25 sites.

    We would like to inform you that we are working on UTM URLs and will be available in the next release (due on Thursday)

    We will update you once we release a new version with UTM URLs.

    Hi,

    We would like to inform you that we have incorporated UTM Parameters into URL Shortify PRO 1.4.7.

    Please upgrade to the latest version (1.4.7.1) of URL Shortify PRO and let us know how it goes.

    So far, I’ve updated the plugin and keep getting reminders in my dashboard that the plugin needs to be updated… Not sure why?

    Sorry for the inconvenience you had.

    I suspect you haven’t installed the PRO version or maybe you haven’t activated the license yet. Just because of that you might get the update reminders.

    Can you please confirm that?

    Again: For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
