I can’t reproduce this. Tested with:
http://www.wikihow.com/Make-Peppermint-Creams and www.wikihow.com/Make-Peppermint-Creams and both work fine.

You are right – it works in the majority of cases. The few instances I encountered (and was focused on) were a few school and kindergarten websites which I believe use older html versions and were malformed to begin with. Thank you for testing anyway. With the exception of en.wikipedia.org (which has some unique image path structure) it works well with all types of urls.

If there are specific URL’s you want me to look at/figure out please let me know, as I can only fix/adjust it for ones that I find or are told about. Otherwise I’ll close this one – and I’ll have a look at en.wiki in the mean time.

All good and thank you again very much for your engagement. Realizing your time is valuable just because you asked here is one such link I mentioned above: http://pastebin.com/vLuL75gT
    Not a big deal really.

Wiki is a strange one, but with the legal/linking issues they flag I think I’ll put that one on the back burner.

The one you linked, thank you, is down to relative image links, e.g. src="images/logo3.gif".

I’ve added a check in v1.4.6 that fixes this (I believe, checked very quickly).

In theory, it also needs to check for base href in the page source, as that should be there when relative links are used. That site doesn’t use one though, so is relying on the default “/” base.

Much obliged. With wiki, due to the depth and nature of the content, there may not even be a need to make such a preview.
