URL with text gets edited

Hello. I’m trying to get a response from this url:

https://api.clashofclans.com/v1/clans/%2390CLYR88

However, when I test the request, it gets converted to:

https://api.clashofclans.com/v1/clans/90CLYR88

And therefore, I’m getting a 404 error.

How can I fix it?

I tried using this url but it gets misunderstood by the other website:

https://api.clashofclans.com/v1/clans/#90CLYR88
