{url_lost_password} — where does it point?

We are trying to fix our lost password link which seems to have gotten broken during our site’s development process. I don’t think the problem is with WPForms itself, but some info might help the troubleshooting.

Question: what does the {url_lost_password} smart tag expand to? Our reset form seems to be completely missing, but I’m not sure where to look for it or how to rebuild it. (For what it’s worth, we are using WooCommerce Storefront theme.)

If we now the actual URL being sent by the reset button, we can look for where that page is created and hopefully figure out why it’s not.
