URLhashListener please

Hi,

I would soooo like to have the URLhashListener activated. I’ve tried to do it my self. But I fail every time.

The funktion I am reffering to is stated at the plugins origin:
https://owlcarousel2.github.io/OwlCarousel2/demos/urlhashnav.html

Would this be possible? Or if any one could point me in the right direction on how to resolve this on my own.
