Url’s in posts shown as text

    Hi Team,
    Thx for the great plugin.
    However, I have an issue with the url’s in the Facebook posts.
    They are shown as text and not as a clickable url.
    However in Facebook you can click on the url’s.
    Is there a way I can fix this, or can you modify the plugin so that’s possible?

    Hello @thecyclist!

    Thanks for posting your inquiry!

    I discussed this matter with our development team. Unfortunately Facebook API does not provide data about the links, which would turn them into hyperlinks and make them clickable.

    As soon as Facebook API gives the appropriate information, Facebook Feed WD will also display the URLs as hyperlinks.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your answer. But i do need to disagree with your answer, as with other facebook plugins in Worpdress the url’s are hyperlinks.
    So, I’m pretty sure the development team can make this work.

    Thank you for your notes. Our development team will take a further look at this.

    In case it is possible to bring the URLs from Facebook, they will make the necessary changes in one of the next couple of Facebook Feed WD updates.
