Hi, thanks for asking about this! My understanding is that Adopt-a-Pet.com currently only includes shelters from the U.S. and Canada. The plugin itself will work anywhere, but the shelter profiles it displays will be limited to where Adopt-a-Pet.com is operating.
Bummer. I tried writing to the author (a lady as I remember), to see if I could help get this implemented here in the UK (and also Australia, New Zealand, N. Ireland) but I got no reply.
So, what can I deduce from that? No interest? Not possible? Or maybe No get email?
Do you know how I can go about it? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Terence: at this point you’d have to contact the representatives of any sites/services you’re hoping to work with on functionality outside of what this plugin does. I don’t have any advice to offer on the best way to do that, sorry.
