Our Flexible Shipping UPS plugin works with the USA region. There should be no hassle in calculation of the shipping costs for USA, because the plugin covers every region in the world where UPS ships.
Please enable debug mode in the plugin settings and make sure that API Status is OK.
After enabling debug mode, please replicate the issue in the checkout and paste the plugin output in this thread.
Also, could you share with us the zipcode, city and state for both sender and recipient of the shipment? Thank you
Thanks for getting back with me on this. Debug mode is turned on. The site is not live. See this page and add one to cart and you will see that the state is not set.

What is the city, state and zipcode? Are they entered correctly?
Is custom origin set to on or off? If it is set to on, please tell me what city, zipcode and state are entered there.

The custom origin is turned off. I have tried that setting as well. There is no option to set State when custom origin is selected. Perhaps I have an old version of the plugin?

What services are enabled in your shop?
Also, please make sure that the shipping zones are correctly configured in your shop.

Our shipping zones are working for the USA zone. UPS shipping is not. The error says it is missing the State in our API call. I checked the API call and it is missing. Seems like this plugin is not compatible with the USA.
