Use cron hook?

The
wpCLI tool can manage WordPress cron jobs (https://developer.ww.wp.xz.cn/cli/commands/cron/event/).
It can also be invoked from outside, e.g. by a cronjob.
However, WP Pipes is not listed as cron job hook, but this would be nicer than wgetting some URL for starting the WP Pipes job.
