Use Javascript to trigger the AD Group

    My theme doesn’t seem to support the shortcodes – i can load js and html ads in the theme options.

    Is it possible to load the adgroups via either of these methods.

    Hi Douglas1979,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Are there any indications on the Ad Health tab why the ads are not loading using the shortcodes?

    Please also have a look at this general troubleshooting guide and try to narrow the issue down.

    As a workaround, I suggest creating a manual placement and using its PHP function to place this directly into your theme.
