Use of DONOTCACHEPAGE function?

    Hello

    I just wish to know if this plugin use this function?
    define( "DONOTCACHEPAGE", true ); // Do not cache this page

    Some other WP cache plugins use it to prevent caching of current page, like WP Super Cache and W3 Total Cache.

    Can I keep and use this function in my template or it will be ignored, or even worse it will break my theme?
