Use on Post only
-
Hi,
I like very much your plugin.
Is there a way to use APT only for Post and not for Page ?Thanks.

Hello.
In the premium version, you can choose the type of post to generate images
Thanks for your quick answer.
I do understand that if I would have the premium version I could choose which type of post to generate featured images. But I do not need any premium feature. I just want to disable the automatic generation for Pages and use the basic version only for Posts.
It would be nice that the basic version settings would have 2 toggle switches:
– Add featured image when saving a Post
– Add featured image when saving a Page
Could that be added to developpement list for future version ?In the midtime, would there be a code snippet I could used to disable the generation for pages ?
There is a footnote on the generation page.
Note: Thumbnails won’t be generated for posts that already have post thumbnail or skip_post_thumb custom meta field.
You can create a “skip_post_thumb” meta field for all your pages
Now you can select the post type before full generation
Artem,
I upgraded to version 3.7.2. Good improvement to be able to select post type in “Generate Featured images for posts”
Would be nice to have same in general “Setting”. Like 2 toggle switchs (On/Off):
– Automatically add featured image when saving a post
– Automatically add featured image when saving a pageThanks in advanced to mention this to the developers.
Artem,
Any development on modifiying in the General Settings the toggle switch “Add feature image when saving a post” ?
Would be nice to have 2 toggle switchs (On/Off):
– Add featured image when saving a POST
– Add featured image when saving a PAGEThis would permit me to use the feature only on post (not on pages)
