I’ve also noticed that in the links at the bottom of each book to view other books in various categories, like genre, other books by the same author, other books in the same series, etc. – all of those are using the same template except one.

The link for View more books in the series Short Vowel Adventures looks fine – white background: http://staging.bravemousebooks.com/series/bravemouse-readers/short-vowel-adventures/.
However, the link to View more books in the Series BraveMouse Readers is somehow using a different template – yellow background. http://staging.bravemousebooks.com/series/bravemouse-readers/. The only page with that background is my home page and I have the background customized for that page only, so I can’t figure out why this one link is using that background? My attempts at getting rid of the background for this link with CSS are failing. Can you please help?

Sorry for the delayed reply. The site is looking great.
Im not sure why the avada theme would be adding that to that archive page and not the others, it seems like quite a complex setup.
As for the templating, if you follow the instructions here: http://www.tigerstrike.media/work/plugins/totally-booked/templating/ and copy the single.php from your theme and modify it to suit that should work fine.
