The email templates you see on /wp-admin/admin.php?page=zbs-email-templates&zbs_template_editor=1 are specific emails that the system sends automatically, depending on the context and the events that happened/triggered by a contact.
For example, a contact receives the Your Client Portal email template (in a form, of course, of a regular email) once they get access to the Client Portal and have an account to use for the login.
These templates can be edited according to your needs, but they remain communication sent directly and automatically by the system.
On the other hand, what you’re looking for is a series of email templates that you can use ad hoc and send to your contacts.
For this, you have two options:
– leverage the canned replies tool by creating templates you can apply when direct emailing your contacts
– try the Mail Campaigns extension (see screenshot in the linked page to see how you can work on templates and email campaigns with this add-on)
