    One question: Is it possible to use the same after a single post with some shortcode or by any other means?

    We often use the WP Custom Widget Area: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-custom-widget-area/
    Build up a custom widget area and place Same Category Posts widget.
    You can generate a shortcode for custom widget areas and place that where you want. Maybe with a Shortcode Block with the Gutenberg editor.

    We work also on Blocks also for that Same Category Posts widget.
